Absolutely, you’re welcome to collect your order directly from our Nottinghamshire workshop once it’s ready.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
We’ll send you an email as your order has been completed and checked, so you can arrange a convenient collection time.
Please note that collections are only available once your order has passed final quality inspection.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer international delivery at the moment due to shipping changes following Brexit. All Premier Products orders are manufactured and shipped exclusively within the UK.
Your order will be dispatched via Yodel, our trusted UK delivery partner, to ensure safe and reliable shipment straight to your door.
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.
From there, you can follow your parcel’s progress through the courier’s website or mobile app for real-time updates.
Most deliveries will require a signature on arrival, though they can be left safely with a neighbour if you’re not available.
If you’ve selected Express Delivery and no one is present at the address, the courier will leave a notification card and securely hold your parcel at your local Post Office or depot for collection.
Our standard production time is typically 3–5 working days from receipt of payment. Once manufactured, your order will be dispatched promptly.
If your order totals under £50, you can upgrade to Express Delivery for £5.99, which guarantees dispatch within 24 hours of production completion.
Please note that non-mainland UK deliveries may take slightly longer. During busy seasonal periods, such as Christmas, we recommend allowing a little extra time for processing and shipping.
We provide free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £50.
For smaller orders, our Express Delivery option is available for just £5.99.
