Can I cancel my order?

If you’d like to make changes to or cancel a non-personalised order, please contact our Customer Support Team straight away at support@premier-products.co.uk.

We’ll always do our best to intercept your order before it enters production. However, once an item has begun manufacturing, a restocking fee may apply.

Please be aware that embroidered or personalised products cannot be cancelled or amended once the production process has started.

Can I return my order if it isn’t suitable?

At Premier Products, every item is made with precision and care – but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do what we can to resolve it.

If you wish to return an item, please contact support@premier-products.co.uk
to request authorisation before sending it back.
Unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error, the cost of return postage will be your responsibility.

When getting in touch, please provide:

Once your return has been approved and received, we’ll issue a refund for the product and original delivery charge, minus a 25% handling and restocking fee.

Please note that any customised, embroidered, or bespoke-made items are non-returnable, unless found to be faulty in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong vehicle details (make, model, or year) were supplied when ordering.

All refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in their original condition.
