- Can my Ford Transit Custom rear van mats be personalised?
Unfortunately, personalisation is more limited for our rear van mats, however, you can still add your own trim colour with a range of colours to choose from.
- How do I check my fitting type?
To ensure the correct fit, we recommend manually checking your vehicle to identify the type of mat fixings currently in place. These can vary between models and may include clips, pegs, screws, or Velcro strips, depending on the manufacturer and trim level.
We supply all standard manufacturer fitting options compatible with your Ford Transit Custom, so identifying your existing setup will help us provide the most accurate and secure fit. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our team for assistance.
- Is a manufacturer’s warranty included with this product?
Yes. All our products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from excessive use or general wear. For more details or to report a defect, please contact our team.

- Will these floor mats fit my Ford Transit Custom?
Yes, this product is custom-made to fit the exact specifications of the Ford Transit Custom 2025 – Present. Each set of mats is designed using precise CAD templates to match the original floor layout of your vehicle, including any manufacturer-supplied fixing points.
To ensure an accurate fit, we recommend double-checking the following before placing your order:
- Vehicle registration year – particularly important for models released in a crossover year.
- Trim level and body style – certain variants (e.g. estate, coupe, or hybrid) may have slight differences in interior layout.
- Existing mat fixings – verify the fixing type in your vehicle (clips, pegs, or twist locks) to ensure compatibility.

Delivery FAQs
- Can I collect my order from you?
Yes. You're welcome to collect your order from our premises in Pinxton, Nottinghamshire once it has been manufactured. We’re open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. You’ll receive an email or phone call to let you know when your order is ready for collection.
- Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once your seat covers are ready for dispatch, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can then follow your order via the courier’s website or app. All deliveries require a signature but can be left with a neighbour if you're not home.
If you've selected Express Delivery and you're unavailable, the courier will leave a card advising that your order is being held at your local Post Office for collection.
- Can you deliver internationally?
Due to shipping changes following Brexit, we are unfortunately not able to ship orders internationally.
- How long will delivery take?
We aim to manufacture all products within 3–5 working days of receiving payment. For orders under £50, selecting our Express Delivery option (£5.99) ensures your item is delivered within 24 hours after production is complete.
Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses may take a little longer, and during peak periods such as Christmas, please allow additional time for processing and shipping.
- How much does delivery cost?
We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £50. If your order is under this amount, our UK Mainland Express Delivery service is available for just £5.99. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly so you can start enjoying your new seat covers as soon as possible.
- Which Courier will deliver my order?
We will send your order to you using the Yodel delivery service.
Warranty & Returns
- Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or amend an order for non-bespoke products, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at support@mto-uk.com.
We will do our best to process your request before the item enters production. However, if your order has already been manufactured, a restocking fee may apply.
Please note that we cannot cancel or amend orders for bespoke or personalised products once processing has begun.
- Can I return my order if it isn’t suitable?
We take great care to manufacture all our products to the highest standards. However, we understand there may be instances where you need to return an item. Subject to our terms and conditions, returns are accepted – simply contact our Customer Service Team at support@mto-uk.com to initiate the process.
Unless the item is faulty or we are in breach of contract, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. When contacting us, please provide the following:
- Your order number
- Full name and contact details
- Vehicle make, model, and year
- Reason for return
If approved, we will refund the full product price and original delivery cost, minus a 25% handling charge.
Please note:
- Customised or bespoke items (e.g. embroidered, tailored-to-fit products) are non-refundable unless they are faulty, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges if the wrong make, model, or year was selected at the time of order.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
